The High Blood Pressure Remedy Report
Are You Ready To Take Control?
Blood pressure is the force your blood exerts on your arteries as it flows through your body. If you have high blood pressure it means that your blood is exerting too much force on your arteries and is making your heart’s job–pumping blood–more difficult than it should be.
When you have your blood pressure taken, you’re given two numbers referred to as your Systolic and Diastolic blood pressure.
Your Systolic blood pressure is the measurement of the pressure your blood exerts on your arteries when your heart beats, while your Diastolic blood pressure is the measurement of the pressure your blood exerts on your arteries when your heart is at rest. What’s The Difference Between Normal Blood Pressure and High Blood Pressure?

Why You Should Take Control
Did you know that simply by learning how to reduce blood pressure you can also take control of your health? If you have high blood pressure, you are going to be more at risk for many different types health problems. To begin with, your body is not going to be healing well after an injury nor repair well after being sick. Did you also know that approximately seventy two million people in the U.S. of age 20 and older have high blood pressure? Many do not even know they have it. Yet there are home remedies for high blood pressure that will successfully correct the issue.
The Effect of High Blood Pressure Medication
Even though more high blood pressure drugs are prescribed than ever before, heart disease is the #1 cause of death! Now, interestingly, about 60% of all the people who have heart attacks have NORMAL blood pressure and the vast majority of these people actually are taking high blood pressure drugs! In a recent study in Europe, patients with high blood pressure who did NOTHING at all lived longer and had fewer complications than people who were on high blood pressure medications. High blood pressure drugs chemically interfere with your body’s natural healing processes, and can actually do more harm than good. There are natural cures for high blood pressure available and these are much safer and sensible.
So if high blood pressure doesn’t cause heart disease, but harmful drugs can actually increase your risk of having a heart attack and deteriorate your health, why not consider helping your body maintain normal blood pressure naturally, without doing harm?
Blood Pressure is a Symptom
Blood pressure elevation is not a disease – it’s a symptom, so you first need to find out WHY your blood pressure is high, and when you attend to that, your high blood pressure will normalize. There are several areas to consider when preventing high blood pressure:
1. Your Weight: Blood pressure is directly proportional to the body weight; it means that if your weight increases the blood pressure also rises. Overweight people have an increased risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and other illnesses.
2. Dietary Issues: High amounts of salt and sodium intake should be reduced and replaced by using herbs and spices. Fried and battered foods should be substituted for steamed and increase consumption of raw fruit and vegetables.
3. Social Drug Habits: Use of tobacco or consumption of large amounts of alcohol will increase blood pressure.
4. Daily Exercise: regular exercise – even only thirty minutes a day will greatly decrease your risk of high blood pressure. Physically active people have a lower risk of getting high blood pressure (20% to 50% lower) than inactive people.
5. Impact of Stress – lifestyle pressures and ability to handle them affects blood pressure.
6. Prescription Medications – can influence high blood pressure – consider inquiring about side effects of any medications that you may be taking.
Perhaps a period of assessment and monitoring your health by keeping a record or journal of daily lifestyle practices will be useful. Write down what you did and check your blood pressure often. Taking personal responsibility to lower your blood pressure fast is a positive step for your health and is key to wellness and longevity.

I have normal blood pressure, but my parents have high blood pressure. I don’t want to raise mine, but I was just wondering what are ways I can avoid raising my blood pressure? What exactly do people do/eat that raises their blood pressure?
I took my blood pressure and about 15 minutes after the first take the numbers were really different. Could my electronic machine be broken?
The first time i took it after i took a long walk. Would walking raise ,my blood pressure?
I’m interested as to how it works. What happens inside the HUMAN body, to cause it to lower blood pressure? Is it the dye as in cranberry juice and urinary infections? If so, is cranberry juice a viable option; it’s certainly less expense.
Does anyone directly know of folks this has worked for?
Facts Please.
I had pregnancy induced hypertension and had to deliver my baby girl at 35 wks. I’m on labetalol 3x a day now and my blood pressure still runs 160/105 unless I’m resting. My baby is a wk old tomorrow she was 5 lbs 12 oz so she got to come home with me thankfully I had the steroid shots so her breathing was normal. So how long should I expect to be on blood pressure meds?
I want to know what an alarming blood pressure would be.. Like when I need to worry about heart attack or stroke. LIke when does blood pressure become a worry.
I know that stress elevates your blood pressure, but if you are stressed in the morning and things calm down, how long is your blood pressure affected?
