    ever,,,,there is enough salt in the foods we eat , in fact tin soups are
    full of salt ,,,cantaloupe ,,,,,honey dew melons ,,,exercise ,but not
    overdone ,,like walking ,,also garlic which is also a natural
    antibiotic,,,,,,hope this helps you ,,,,be consistent ,,that is the
    secret ,,,be consistant with these foods and check the
