Does anyone else have info on pignoginal?
pycnogenol will NOT lower your pressure enough to make any difference. you will STILL need medicine. DO NOT buy any nutritional supplements from an MLM (pyrimid) company. these products are a rip-off.
take garlic pills, as well as apple cider vinegar with warm water. helps
Mr Kowaalski was speaking about the Maritimes; Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. To the interviewer; They are NOT near the Hudson Bay.
all i heard from the older generation in my village is that cellery n garlic helps never tried it B4 but now my BP is high i will n if it helps i will report so hopefully others can benefit
sorry but it doesnt work at all…i eat tons of garlic and take the real apple cider vinegar Bragg’s – both have no effect on bp. wish it did though.
celery may work because it is a natural diuretic, as is cucumber, but from my own experience, garlic does not work.
Dr Kowalski is a well respected cardiologist. He discovered the sodium/potassium ration (called the K factor) which means that your potassium intake should be at least double your sodium intake, and it will decrease your bp. If he puts himself out there, then you can be assured he is speaking the truth and from his heart.
